Today culture is synonymous with development and, therefore, has begun to take care. Years ago his only interest lay in presenting it as an important factor in education, obscuring their role as shapers of identity and diversity. The years have not passed in vain as it is currently understood under perspectives, not only as the mere creation and human expression but as a driving force of the economy, construction of citizenship and democratic values, generating spaces for dialogue and solution conflict, among others.
