* Culture and management: a shared

Today culture is synonymous with development and, therefore, has begun to take care. Years ago his only interest lay in presenting it as an important factor in education, obscuring their role as shapers of identity and diversity.
The years have not passed in vain as it is currently understood under perspectives, not only as the mere creation and human expression but as a driving force of the economy, construction of citizenship and democratic values, generating spaces for dialogue and solution conflict, among others. Culture is the imaginary scenario of a society, the place where it is recognized and asks what wants to be.
On the other hand, the actual value human requires careful management, required to be consumed by society. Culture is not a consequence of progress, status. Does this mean us? Just that culture should not be a luxury, their access should and must be democratic, however, guarantee this democratization of culture requires a whole professional equipment * Covered coherent cultural policy and sustainable. But who should participate? The rational and appropriate would be to involve the State, private enterprise, citizenship and, within it, professionals of culture.
* When referring to professional device not exclude the contribution of those who research and work in the cultural sector and independent self-taught. Or inimical its value against those who have received formal training. I mean a practitioners, and serious attitude to these activities Fenton.
